Developmental Differences

This is not your ordinary resource fair, ODLSS has planned a day full of great information and entertainment for families with diverse learners attending Chicago Public Schools!

Some highlights at our event will be:
~ Benefits Team: Sign-up and receive support for public benefits including, SNAP, Medicaid and low-cost healthcare.
~ IEP Review Clinic: Bring your student's IEP and have it reviewed by a subject matter expert.
~ Exhibitors and Vendors offering information and services to support your diverse learner students at home and in school.
~ Meet the ODLSS dedicated teams from Early Childhood up to Transition.
~ ISBE Monitor, Laura Boedeker will discuss how ODLSS and ISBE are working together to better support diverse learners.
~ Exciting panel discussion featuring student advocates from CPS specialty high schools.
~ Get your kids vaccinated onsite and find out where you can get no-cost eye and dental care for your CPS student.
~ Fun activities for the kids including, face painting and mother's day craft project.
~ Raffle (Cubs Tickets etc) and live entertainment!

Lunch provided by our Partner & Sponsor Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities. Facility is wheelchair accessible.
