I've lived in Chicago for 3 years. My wife and I had our first child in December 2013, so we're new parents looking to connect with other families in the city. My interests include outdoor activities, same-sex families, museums, gardens, sporting events, fitness, nutrition, and anything that will make my son go to sleep!

NPN is really dedicated to connecting you with the resources you need to navigate parenting in the city.  For more than 34 years we've been creating groups to give local parents the social support they need. In order to showcase some our amazing volunteers that lead these groups (from nearly 30 neighborhood and special interest groups), we thought we'd give you the opportunity to get to know some of them.
