An avid explorer of all things healthy and nutritious, Taylor Dyer started her career at Whole Foods Market scooping salads and slicing deli meats in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. Four years later, she finds herself educating customers and team members alike as the Healthy Eating Assistant at Whole Foods Market Lincoln Park. Taylor’s varied background includes teaching interactive cooking classes, earning her Master Gardener certificate, and being a dedicated mom of two. These experiences combined make her the perfect person to ask questions about quick healthy meals for your family, growing an indoor herb garden and getting that 2 year old to eat her spinach!

Summer Survival Tips

I have to say, I am so tired of hearing about the "lazy days of summer". Really, who gets to just hang out? Certainly not I or any other working parent. Although fun-packed, summer is the busiest season of the year. Not only do you still have to do all the usual chores and errands, but you have to find time for summer fun too!
